Have at least 12 months (1560 hours) of skilled and continuous work experience in the last 10 years
Have at least one Canadian diploma or equivalent degree with the Canadian system
Have a minimum ITEL score of 6 on all skills or a minimum TEF score

Have a full-time job offer for 1 year or have a valid technical degree evaluated by one of the relevant centers in the provinces
Having the minimum scores of Speaking & Writing 5 – Reading 4 – Listening 5 in the IELTS test

Have a minimum score of Speaking 226 – Writing 181 – Reading 121 – Listening 181 in TEF test
Provinces and regions (PTs) that select migrants through the Provincial Selection Program (PNP) can, in addition to selecting migrants through the paper system, select them through the Express Entry database.
Candidates selected through the provincial selection program will receive 600 more points in the comprehensive ranking system.
