How much for a family of four?
Around USD 300,000 via the SISC donation route, plus government, due-diligence and professional fees. Real-estate routes start higher but the asset can be resold after 7 years.
Is there an interview?
Since 2023 St Kitts & Nevis has introduced a mandatory virtual interview for main applicants and adult dependants as part of enhanced due diligence.
