Frequently asked questions

Is French required?
For most economic streams French at level 7 (oral) is required or a decisive advantage. PEQ requires level 7 oral French.
What is a CSQ?
A Certificat de sélection du Québec — Quebec's selection certificate. With a CSQ in hand you then apply to IRCC for PR.
Are the investor programs open?
The investor stream has been paused and reformed several times. TIA monitors reopening announcements and prepares files in advance.
